Location: East Riding of Yorkshire
Hours: 45 hours per week (flexibility available!)

Are you ready to take the lead on exciting projects? As part of the AMP8 framework for Yorkshire Water, you will oversee on-site operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of construction activities. This is your chance to be the vital link between site teams, subcontractors, and senior management, delivering projects that meet high standards and specifications.

Your Responsibilities

As a Works Foreman, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Yorkshire Water team to deliver top-notch construction projects. Your daily tasks will include:

• Planning, coordinating, and overseeing site works for safe and cost-efficient delivery.
• Providing health and safety leadership to ensure compliance with all safety requirements.
• Managing teams, including General Foreman, Foreman, and Site Supervisors, to achieve project goals.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Controlling short and medium-term programmes and ensuring timely ordering of plant and equipment.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You have an HNC in a construction-related subject or Level 6 NVQ in Construction Site Management.
• You possess knowledge and practical experience in site construction activities and management.
• You hold a Gold Supervisors or Black Managers CSCS card.
• You have completed the Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
• You thrive on collaboration and enjoy building effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
