At Stannah, we’re on the lookout for a proactive and customer-focused Project Manager to lead our lift installation projects from planning to completion. This is your chance to make a real impact!
Your Role
In this dynamic position, you will:
- Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, adhering to both company and industry standards.
- Manage project schedules, oversee pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and ensure site readiness.
- Conduct site inspections and project reviews to guarantee installation quality and subcontractor performance.
- Serve as the key point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Control project costs, manage variations, resolve issues, and ensure successful handover and warranty completion.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- NVQ3 in Installing Lifts
- A Project Management qualification
- An understanding of relevant Lift and Building Standards
