Your Role

As a Senior Mechanical Site Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our project delivery, ensuring the safe and effective installation of mechanical services. You’ll lead mechanical installations while supporting broader site management objectives. This hands-on role allows your technical expertise and leadership to shine as you contribute to successful projects across various sectors, including custodial, commercial, health, and science.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Ensure all site works are conducted safely, adhering to Kier standards, project requirements, and UK law.
• Oversee the installation of mechanical services, ensuring compliance with specifications and coordinating with other trades.
• Manage quality control procedures and provide accurate progress updates to the project management team.
• Guide and oversee other supervisors to ensure successful delivery of delegated works packages.
• Identify project risks and opportunities, taking responsibility for mitigation within your area of control.

• You’re technically confident in mechanical services installation and safety, with a relevant industry-accredited qualification.
• You hold CSCS and SMSTS accreditation as a minimum.
• You’re a natural collaborator who communicates clearly and enjoys teamwork.
• You have a positive, solutions-focused approach and are committed to maintaining the highest safety standards.
• You’re eager to continue learning and developing your career with support from your line manager.
