Your Role
As a Senior Electrical Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of managing the safe installation of electrical services across a variety of exciting projects. Collaborate with a talented team and leverage your technical expertise in sectors such as custodial, commercial, and health & science.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Ensure all works are meticulously planned with appropriate risk assessments and executed safely in accordance with Kier standards and UK law.
- Oversee the installation of electrical services, ensuring compliance with specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with Engineers and Project Managers to coordinate site delivery and uphold quality control procedures.
- Guide and mentor other supervisors and operatives, fostering a collaborative ‘one team’ approach.
- Maintain accurate records of progress, materials, and site diaries to support effective project management.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Possess strong technical skills in electrical services installation and safety, backed by a relevant industry-accredited qualification.
- Hold CSCS and SMSTS accreditation as a minimum.
- Have hands-on experience managing electrical installations on construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and are dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace.
- Are quality-focused, open to new ideas, and motivated to support your team in achieving shared goals.
