Your Role

As a Senior Mechanical Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of our project delivery, ensuring the safe and effective installation of mechanical services. You’ll work within a collaborative team, leading mechanical installations while supporting broader site management objectives. This hands-on role will allow your technical expertise and leadership to shine as you contribute to projects across various sectors, including custodial, commercial, health, and science.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Ensure all site works are carried out safely and in compliance with Kier standards, project requirements, and UK law.
• Oversee the installation of mechanical services, ensuring adherence to specifications and coordination with other trades.
• Manage quality control procedures and provide accurate progress updates to the project management team.
• Guide and oversee other supervisors to ensure successful delivery of delegated work packages.
• Identify project risks and opportunities, taking responsibility for mitigation within your area of control.

• You have a strong technical background in mechanical services installation and safety, supported by a relevant industry-accredited qualification.
• You hold CSCS and SMSTS accreditation as a minimum.
• You are a natural collaborator who communicates clearly and enjoys teamwork.
• You possess a positive, solutions-focused mindset and are committed to maintaining the highest safety standards.
• You’re eager to continue learning and developing your career with support from your line manager.
