Your Role

As a Senior Mechanical Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our project delivery, ensuring the safe and effective installation of mechanical services. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, leading mechanical installations while supporting broader site management objectives. This hands-on position allows your technical expertise and leadership to shine as you contribute to projects across various sectors, including custodial, commercial, health, and science.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Ensure all site works are carried out safely and in compliance with Kier standards, project requirements, and UK law.
• Oversee the installation of mechanical services, ensuring adherence to specifications and coordinating with other trades.
• Manage quality control procedures and provide accurate progress updates to the project management team.
• Guide and oversee other supervisors to ensure successful delivery of delegated works packages.
• Identify project risks and opportunities, taking responsibility for mitigation within your area of control.

• You have a strong technical background in mechanical services installation and safety, with a relevant industry-accredited qualification.
• You hold CSCS and SMSTS accreditation as a minimum.

• You’re eager to continue learning and developing your career with support from your line manager.
