Location & Hours

Location: Site Based, Central London, Zone 1.
Hours: Full Time, Permanent. We offer some flexibility on hours—just let us know what works for you!

Your Role

As a Senior Electrical Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of managing the safe installation of electrical services across a variety of exciting projects. Collaborating with a talented team, you’ll lead electrical installations while supporting our broader Kier Mechanical & Electrical delivery model. This is your chance to apply your technical expertise to impactful projects in sectors such as custodial, commercial, and health & science.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Plan all works with suitable risk assessments, ensuring safety in line with Kier standards and UK law.
• Manage the installation of electrical services, ensuring compliance with specifications, costs, and timelines.
• Liaise with Engineers and Project Managers to coordinate site delivery and uphold quality control procedures.
• Guide and oversee other supervisors and operatives, fostering a collaborative "one team" approach.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, materials, and site diaries to support effective project management.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You possess technical skills in electrical services installation and safety, backed by a relevant industry-accredited qualification.
• You hold CSCS and SMSTS accreditation as a minimum.
• You have experience managing electrical installations on construction projects, ensuring compliance with standards.
• You communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and are dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive workplace.
• You’re focused on quality, open to new ideas, and motivated to support your team in achieving collective goals.
