Location & Hours

Location: Leeds, Yorkshire
Hours: 40 hours per week (with some flexibility available—just let us know during our conversation).

Your Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of our Yorkshire team, contributing to the successful delivery of projects. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting in the commercial management of projects, focusing on cost and risk mitigation.
  • Conducting site measurements and preparing information for payment applications.
  • Reviewing sub-contractor payment applications to ensure accuracy.
  • Supporting the project commercial lead in assessing and reporting on financial positions.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate financial viability and produce commercial reports.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
  • You have practical quantity surveying experience within a main contracting organization.
  • You are familiar with NEC / JCT Contracts.
  • You are confident in engaging with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams.
  • You possess a full driving license.
