Your New Role
As our portfolio continues to grow, the Global Technology & Operations team is at the forefront of building media technology and IT systems that meet the world-class standards WBD is known for. You will play a crucial role in supporting WBD Sports as we undergo a technology transformation across Europe.

Your Role Accountabilities
As part of the M2P Engineering team, you will provide Tier 2 support and engineering expertise for MAM and post-production platforms within a hybrid on-premises and cloud environment.
Support Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 support and manage tickets escalated from Level 0 and Level 1 support teams.
- Coordinate incident and problem follow-ups with internal and external teams.
- Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of the platform.
- Plan maintenance activities and coordinate upgrade phases.
Engineering Responsibilities:
- Manage short-term engineering projects and collaborate with the Tier 3 engineering team.
- Gather workflow requirements from WBD Sports, TNT Sports, and Eurosport offices.
- Design centralized workflows across MAM and post-production platforms.
- Support users through change management and new project implementations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Technology, Engineering, Broadcast, or a related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; French language skills are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Broadcast Technology in a support or engineering role.
- Experience with MAM and post-production tools, and a solid understanding of broadcast technology.
Working Conditions
- Shift work (evenings and weekends) may be required.
- On-call rotation and minimal travel expected.
- Based in London, UK with a permanent contract.
