Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Your Mission

As our Senior Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of capital solutions and network improvement schemes. You’ll collaborate with the IMRDS team to maintain water supply systems and implement innovative solutions that truly make a difference for our customers and communities.

What Will You Be Responsible For?

In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of Delivery Agents, focusing on performance management and individual development plans.
• Oversee the delivery of capital schemes, including main laying, DMA/DZ splits, and complex burst mains across the region.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site, meeting CDM requirements and environmental legislation.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with Network Partners and internal stakeholders to maximize delivery benefits.
• Drive continual improvement and innovation, sharing best practices to enhance productivity and quality.

What Are We Looking For?

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Have managerial experience in the construction or utility sector with strong commercial awareness.
• Hold a Full driving licence, NRSWA supervisor, and SMSTS or equivalent qualifications.
• Possess EUSR Water Hygiene and Cat & Genny certification.
• Bring experience in deep excavation, shuttering, and shoring.
• Are passionate about developing people and fostering an inclusive, collaborative working environment.
