Location & Hours
Location: Leeds, Yorkshire
Hours: 40 hours per week (some flexibility available—just let us know when you speak to us!)

Your Role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in the commercial management of projects across Yorkshire. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills while working alongside experienced professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the commercial management of projects, focusing on cost and risk mitigation.
- Conducting site measurements and preparing information for payment applications.
- Reviewing sub-contractor payment applications.
- Supporting the project commercial lead in assessing and reporting on project financial positions.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate financial viability and produce commercial reports.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- You have post-graduate practical experience in quantity surveying within a main contracting organization.
- You are knowledgeable about NEC / JCT Contracts.
- You are confident in engaging with client representatives, sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- You possess a full driving license.
