Role: Senior / Supervising Social Worker

Contract: Full Time

Basic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, depending on experience

Base Location: Remote - North West

Covering Area: Merseyside and other areas within the North West

Your Role

As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will be a vital part of our friendly and dynamic team, primarily working with Foster Parent households in Merseyside and the North West. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, training, assessing, supporting, and supervising a diverse range of Foster Parents.
  • Ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent assessment skills and strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Good IT skills and the ability to produce high-quality reports.
  • A qualification in Social Work and current Social Work England registration.
  • Recent experience in fostering and children's services is desirable, but we welcome less experienced candidates as well.
  • A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
  • A drive to innovate and share our creative vision, whether you're new to fostering or an experienced professional.
