Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only
Salary: £28,000 - £39,520
Contract Term: Permanent
Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a qualified teacher, you will:

• Teach at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, inspiring students to engage with their education.
• Plan, prepare, and present lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of your class.
• Utilize our positive behaviour policy to foster responsibility and accountability among students.
• Motivate children to develop a love for learning and thrive in their educational journey.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have successful teaching experience, particularly with vulnerable children.
• Possess SEN experience, focusing on nurturing children with SEMH and ASC needs.
• Have a strong knowledge of the national curriculum, especially in Science and/or Maths.
• Exhibit excellent behaviour management skills and a reflective practice approach.
• Understand therapeutic approaches to education and adapt teaching methods to meet children's needs.
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver dynamic and engaging lessons.
