Position: Teacher

Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only
Salary: £28,000 - £39,520
Contract Term: Permanent
Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm
Location: Battle, East Sussex

We are looking for an inspirational qualified teacher who is passionate about working with vulnerable children across Key Stages 3 and 4. If you have experience in teaching Science, Maths, and the wider curriculum, we want to hear from you!

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Teach and engage students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Plan, prepare, and present lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of all students.
• Utilize our positive behaviour policy to foster responsibility and accountability among students.
• Motivate students to embrace learning and develop a lifelong love for education.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Successful teaching experience, particularly with SEN and SEMH/ASC needs.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum, especially in Science and/or Maths.
• Excellent behaviour management skills and a reflective approach to teaching.
• Understanding of therapeutic educational approaches.
• Ability to adapt lessons to meet individual student needs.
• Proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.
