Salary: £50,000 per annum (with potential to earn up to £55,000 through bonuses)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Specific Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Role

As the Registered Manager, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for children aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and lead staff practice, ensuring a child-centered and outcomes-focused approach.
• Maintain robust safeguarding systems and effective multi-agency collaboration.
• Support and develop your team through supervision, mentoring, and care-focused training.

Requirements for the Role

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Leadership and Management qualification, or a willingness to work towards one, along with NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children.
• Strong childcare and safeguarding knowledge, including relevant legislation and regulations.
• Experience in managing staff teams with excellent communication skills.
• A genuine passion for children’s homes and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children.
