Position Overview

Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only
Salary: £28,000 - £39,520
Contract Term: Permanent
Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm

What You'll Do

As a key member of our teaching team, you will:

• Teach at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, inspiring students in Science, Maths, and the wider curriculum.
• Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of your students.
• Utilize our positive behaviour policy to encourage responsibility and accountability among students.
• Motivate children to embrace learning and develop a passion for education.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and successful teaching experience.
• Experience working with children with SEMH and ASC needs, focusing on nurturing their development.
• A solid understanding of the national curriculum, particularly in Science and/or Maths.
• Excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• A reflective approach to your practice and a good understanding of therapeutic educational approaches.
• A proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.
