Welcome to an exciting opportunity at Butlin's! As a Supervisor Plus, you’ll have the unique chance to shape this role from the ground up. You’ll be the heartbeat of your team, ensuring that every guest experience is not just good, but truly unforgettable.

In this hands-on position, you’ll be visible and trusted to make things happen. You’ll coach your team in real-time, solve problems on the spot, and guarantee that every guest enjoys the Butlin's experience they deserve.

Reporting to: Manager
Core base: Accommodation (Mondays and Fridays, our busiest changeover days)
Plus: Flexible time across departments throughout the week, wherever your energy is needed most.

What You'll Be Doing

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading from the front — keeping your team focused, motivated, and in the right place at the right time.
• Coaching the team to hit key targets, from add-on sales to guest experience scores.
• Owning CAFF audits in accommodation and relevant audits in whichever department you're supporting.
• Ensuring guests always find what they need, when they need it.
• Monitoring NPS and guest feedback, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Championing the Butlin's Values and Leadership Behaviours every day.
• Being the voice that connects Manager plans to team delivery — clearly, consistently, brilliantly.
• Building strong relationships across your resort, other resorts, and central support teams.
• Supporting your team through their entire journey with us — onboarding, development, PDPs, and more.
• Transforming every audit and observation into practical, visible improvements.

Supervisor Plus – Buffets

Be the face of a warm, welcoming dining experience. Champion food safety, keep the bays looking abundant and appealing, and coach your team to deliver five-star hospitality on every shift.

Supervisor Plus – Bars & Shops

Bring the energy to our bars and retail spaces. Coach the team on sales and service, keep queues moving, manage stock control, and ensure every venue runs to brand standards — all while having fun!

Supervisor Plus – Restaurants & QSRs

Set the tone for a brilliant dining experience from the moment guests sit down. Drive upselling on starters, desserts, and drinks, and ensure every checkback leaves guests feeling cared for.

Supervisor Plus – Splash

Take the lead in one of our most safety-critical, high-energy environments. Bring poolside expertise and a genuine passion for the water, ensuring high standards and guest safety while your team delivers a fantastic splash experience.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

You’re a natural leader, equally comfortable coaching a team through a busy shift and engaging with guests. You lead by example, notice the details others miss, and know how to turn feedback into real improvement.

• Leadership that gets results: You know how to coach, support, and inspire a team, with proven experience in managing performance and delivering training.
• A sharp eye for detail: Confident in supporting audits and turning findings into action.
• Genuine guest-facing experience: Comfortable handling a wide range of guest queries and resolving complaints with professionalism.
• A commercial mindset: A track record of driving sales through promotions, upselling, or new initiatives that align with team objectives.

If you're going for Splash, you'll also bring:

• An NPQL (National Pool Qualification for Lifeguards) or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience working in a swimming pool environment.
• Strong knowledge of pool safety.
