Are you ready to make a significant impact in the water industry? We’re on the lookout for a Sub-Agent to become a vital part of our Southern Water AMP 8 Framework team, based in our Southern Water offices in Chatham / Falmer.

Key Details

Location: Southern Water office Chatham / Falmer
Hours: 40 hours per week - with some flexibility on start and end times.

Your Role

As a Sub-Agent, you will be at the forefront of coordinating, planning, and delivering both preconstruction and construction phase activities for our projects. Your mission? To ensure that every project is executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, all while maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability.

What Will You Be Responsible For?

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and Business Assurance Systems.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are delivered to specification.
• Oversee labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources with precise recording.
• Manage and monitor sub-contractor performance and delivery.
• Lead supervisors, site engineers, and section engineers, ensuring quality assurance and daily monitoring.

What Are We Looking For?

This role is perfect for you if:

• You hold a relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree) and are Chartered with ICE or working towards it.
• You have a proven track record in successfully managing projects with strong commercial awareness.
• You possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• You hold SMSTS and CSCS and/or CPCS Card qualifications.
