Hours: 40 Hours P/W - some flexibility on hours available if desired. Just let us know when you speak to us!

Your Role
As a Building Services Manager, you will be the go-to expert for building services across various projects, guiding them from tender through to delivery and commissioning. You'll collaborate with project teams and external partners to ensure top-notch MEP delivery throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Assist in selecting and managing specialist sub-contractors to meet Kier standards.
- Work closely with design teams to manage M&E packages and review technical submittals.
- Oversee the coordination of M&E services on-site and ensure quality installations.
- Take charge of the commissioning process and compliance of as-built and maintenance manuals.
- Provide technical advice and solutions to project teams throughout the build phase.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You possess strong technical knowledge of M&E design and installations, including modern mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a mechanical or electrical discipline (NVQ/HND/HNC/CIBSE).
- You have experience in a main contracting environment, managing specialist sub-contract partners.
- You’ve successfully delivered large building services packages valued at £5M+ throughout the full project lifecycle.
- You hold an SMSTS, CSCS Card, and a full driving license, as significant travel will be required.
