Are you ready to take the lead in delivering essential water infrastructure projects? We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our dynamic Anglian Water team in Northampton.

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Your Mission
As our Senior Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a talented team dedicated to maintaining and improving water supply systems. You’ll collaborate with the IMRDS team to implement innovative solutions that truly benefit our customers and communities.
Your Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will:
- Lead and develop a team of Delivery Agents, focusing on performance management and individual development plans.
- Oversee the delivery of capital schemes, including main laying, DMA/DZ splits, and complex burst mains.
- Ensure health and safety compliance on-site, adhering to CDM requirements and environmental legislation.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with Network Partners and internal stakeholders to maximize delivery benefits.
- Drive continual improvement and innovation, sharing best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Have managerial experience in the construction or utility sector with strong commercial awareness.
- Hold a Full driving licence, NRSWA supervisor, and SMSTS or equivalent qualifications.
- Possess EUSR Water Hygiene and Cat & Genny certification.
- Bring experience in deep excavation, shuttering, and shoring.
- Are passionate about developing people and fostering an inclusive, collaborative working environment.
