Location & Hours

Location: Wanlip
Hours: 45 hours per week (with some flexibility available—just let us know when you chat with us!)

Your Role

As a Site Engineer, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality projects. Your technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring accurate setting out and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Collaborating closely with a dedicated site team, you’ll coordinate engineering, construction, and commercial activities to keep our projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will:

• Carry out site engineering tasks, including setting out, surveying, and checking works against design drawings.
• Support the coordination and planning of site works, ensuring technical queries are resolved promptly.
• Maintain essential site records such as daily diaries, as-built information, and inspection and test plans.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members to ensure timely delivery.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental policies while ensuring compliance with site regulations.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Hold a Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Have previous experience in a site-based engineering role.
• Are proficient in using setting out and surveying equipment such as total stations or GPS.
• Possess a strong understanding of technical drawings and construction processes.
• Hold a CSCS card, relevant safety qualifications, and a full driving license.
