Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Casual Residential Support Worker, you will:
- Support young people with their daily routines
- Build positive relationships and become a trusted adult
- Help them develop confidence, life skills, and independence
- Ensure they feel safe, supported, and encouraged every day
Experience working with children or young people is a plus, but if this is your first role in this field, don’t worry! We provide comprehensive training and support to ensure you feel confident from day one.
What We’re Looking For
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or equivalent (or be willing to work towards it)
- A friendly demeanor, with the ability to communicate effectively with children and colleagues
- A willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us)
