Basic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, depending on experience
Base Location: Remote - North West
Covering Area: Merseyside and other areas within the North West

Your Role
We are on the lookout for a passionate Senior / Supervising Social Worker to join our friendly and dynamic team. In this role, you will primarily work with Foster Parent households in Merseyside and other areas within the North West. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, training, and assessing Foster Parents
- Providing ongoing support and supervision
- Ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children

About You
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent assessment and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong IT skills and the ability to produce high-quality reports
- A qualification in Social Work and current Social Work England registration
- Recent experience in fostering and children’s services (desirable, but less experienced candidates are welcome to apply)
- A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding
