Basic Salary: £28,000 - £39,520 per annum

As a teacher, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experiences of pupils with a wide range of special educational and learning needs. You will support our dedicated teaching staff in helping pupils gain independence and fully participate in both the curriculum and school life.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, catering to the complex SEMH needs of all pupils.
- Support the class team in facilitating engaging learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviors.
- Monitor and report on pupils’ progress and concerns, collaborating with other staff to ensure all needs are met.
- Supervise pupils during non-classroom times, including extracurricular activities and school trips.
- Build positive relationships with your pupils, encouraging interaction and fostering positive learning outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A strong educational background at degree level.
- Previous successful teaching experience.
- Experience working with pupils with SEMH needs in an educational setting.
- Proficiency in effective behavior management techniques.
- A commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn.
