Contract: Full Time
Basic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, depending on experience
Base Location: Remote - North West
Covering Area: Merseyside and other areas within the North West

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will be an integral part of our friendly and dynamic team. Your primary focus will be on:
- Recruiting, training, assessing, and supporting Foster Parents.
- Ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children.
- Maintaining strong communication with team members and Foster Parents.

What We’re Looking For
We seek an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent assessment skills and strong communication abilities (both written and verbal).
- Good IT skills and the capability to produce high-quality reports.
- A qualification in Social Work and current Social Work England registration.
- Recent experience in fostering and children’s services (desirable, but less experienced candidates will be considered).
- A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
