Join Our Team as an Integrated Services Programme (ISP) School Teacher!

At ISP School, nestled in the beautiful Glengorse Estate in Battle, East Sussex, we are dedicated to providing specialist education for children aged 7-18 with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH), as well as communication and learning needs. About the Role

We are seeking an inspirational qualified teacher who is passionate about working with vulnerable children across Key Stages 3 and 4. If you have experience in teaching Science, Maths, and the wider curriculum, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

• Teach engaging lessons at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Plan, prepare, and present lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of all students.
• Utilize our positive behaviour policy to foster responsibility and accountability among students.
• Motivate children to embrace learning and develop a lifelong love for education.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Successful teaching experience, particularly with children who have SEMH and ASC needs.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum, especially in Science and/or Maths.
• Excellent behaviour management skills and a reflective approach to teaching.
• A good understanding of therapeutic approaches to education.
• Ability to adapt lessons to meet individual children's needs.
• Proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, term-time only position with hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The role is permanent, offering a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £39,520.
