Oaks Park High School, Newbury Park

Hours:

40 hours per week

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be a vital part of our mission to keep our buildings safe, functional, and welcoming. While your primary base will be at Oaks Park High School, you will also provide support to our Greenwich Care Homes as needed. This is a permanent position where your technical expertise will be valued and nurtured in a collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks, including Legionella testing.
  • Diagnose and repair faults across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building fabric systems.
  • Perform minor installation works, refurbishments, and system adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all maintenance activities.
  • Participate in a 1-in-3 week on-call rota to provide essential emergency support.

  • Have solid experience in building maintenance with electrical qualifications (17th or 18th Edition).
