Your Role
As a Commissioning Manager, you will be at the forefront of overseeing and managing the commissioning process. Your mission? To ensure that all building systems and equipment are installed, tested, and operate according to project design specifications and client requirements. You’ll collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate a seamless transition from construction to operational use, ensuring all systems function efficiently and comply with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the commissioning process, ensuring systems and equipment are installed, tested, and functioning as per project specifications.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures in coordination with project teams.
- Conduct inspections, functional testing, and performance verification of mechanical, electrical, and building services systems.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during the commissioning phase, liaising with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the commissioning process.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You have proven experience in commissioning processes within the construction industry, with a solid understanding of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- You possess a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have experience in developing and implementing commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures.
- You understand safety protocols and can enforce compliance effectively.
