Hours:

Your Role:

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating electrical installation works across various projects. You’ll be managing a team of skilled electricians, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage direct-staff electricians, ensuring daily activities are well-briefed and safely controlled.
  • Coordinate labour, materials, tools, and work fronts to maintain productive progress against agreed programmes.
  • Review electrical designs for constructability and collaborate with engineers to resolve technical queries.
  • Issue and manage electrical permits, coordinate isolations, and ensure compliance with site controls.
  • Liaise with client representatives and site teams to ensure work requirements and completion expectations are met.

What We’re Looking For:

This role is perfect for you if you:

  • Hold a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
  • Have SSSTS or SMSTS, 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671), and Level 3 Inspection & Testing qualifications.
  • Possess an ECS / JIB Gold or Black Card (Supervisor).
  • Have post-qualification experience in electrical installation, testing, and supervision.
  • Hold a Full driving licence.
