Working Hours

Important Requirements

  • We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.
  • Due to the sensitive nature of the site, BPSS security clearance is required, which may take up to 8 weeks.
  • Eligibility criteria: Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a CAD Engineer, you will play a crucial role within our BIM team, delivering high-quality technical drawings and documentation. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert for drawing production and providing technical support to team members.
  • Ensuring all drawing work complies with ISO 19650, BAM, and CAD standards.
  • Supporting the Document Control team to review drawings before client submission.
  • Producing rebar design and detailing work with precision and attention to detail.
  • Training and mentoring site engineers and team members on drawing production standards.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You are proficient in AutoCAD and have experience in rebar design and checking.
  • You possess a solid understanding of civil/structural design principles and a strong background in producing drawings.
  • You excel in collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and have strong communication skills.
  • You have a basic awareness of ISO 19650 (Level 2 BIM) or BS1192 standards.
  • You meet the residency criteria with a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country.
