Location & Hours

Location: Leeds, Yorkshire
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility available, just let us know when we chat!

Your Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of our Yorkshire team, contributing to the successful delivery of projects. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Assist in the commercial management of projects, focusing on cost and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct site measurements and prepare information for payment applications.
  • Review sub-contractor payment applications with attention to detail.
  • Support the project commercial lead in assessing and reporting on project financial positions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate financial viability and produce commercial reports.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
  • You have post-graduate practical experience in quantity surveying within a main contracting organization.
  • You are knowledgeable about NEC / JCT Contracts.
  • You’re confident in engaging with client representatives, sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • You possess a full driving license.
