Location: Leeds, Yorkshire

Your Role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of our Yorkshire team, contributing to the successful delivery of projects. Here’s what you can expect:
- Assist in the commercial management of projects, focusing on cost and risk mitigation.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare information for payment applications.
- Review sub-contractor payment applications with attention to detail.
- Support the project commercial lead in assessing and reporting on project financial positions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate financial viability and produce commercial reports.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- You have post-graduate practical experience in quantity surveying within a main contracting organization.
- You are knowledgeable about NEC / JCT Contracts.
- You’re confident in engaging with client representatives, sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- You possess a full driving license.
