Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of water management? We’re on the lookout for a Sub-Agent to join our dynamic Southern Water AMP 8 Framework team at our offices in Chatham / Falmer.

Location & Hours

Location: Southern Water office Chatham / Falmer
Hours: 40 hours per week - with some flexibility on start and end times.

Please note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.

Your Role

As a Sub-Agent, you will be at the heart of our operations, coordinating and delivering both preconstruction and construction phase activities. Your mission? To ensure our projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and Business Assurance Systems.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are delivered to specification.
• Oversee labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources with precise recording.
• Monitor and manage sub-contractor performance and delivery.
• Lead supervisors, site engineers, and section engineers, ensuring quality assurance and daily monitoring.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You have a relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree) and are Chartered with ICE or working towards it.
• You possess a proven track record in successfully managing projects with strong commercial awareness.
• You have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• You hold SMSTS and CSCS and/or CPCS Card qualifications.
