Job Details
Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (some flexibility available)

Your Responsibilities
As an Engineer – Highways Design, you will be an integral part of our Civil Engineering team, supporting the National Highways Scheme Delivery Framework. Your role will involve:
- Preparing preliminary and detailed designs in line with approved procedures for local and national authorities.
- Delivering technical and feasibility studies that meet client specifications.
- Assessing potential risks, materials, and costs while complying with guidelines and regulations.
- Contributing to technical excellence and innovation, providing creative solutions to engineering challenges.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and authorities, promoting health & safety in the workplace.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You are a member of a professional body or working towards IEng/CEng status.
- You have a strong working knowledge of civil engineering design software, such as AutoCAD.
