About the Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in leading the commercial delivery of key work packages throughout the East Hyde STW Growth Project. This is your chance to influence our commercial strategy during the detailed design phase, ensuring that robust commercial controls are in place as we progress.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead procurement activities, including tender evaluation, recommendations, and subcontract awards.
- Administer subcontract accounts, valuations, change events, and final accounts.
- Provide leadership, support, and mentoring to Quantity Surveyors within the project team.
- Manage project change, risk, and opportunity while ensuring contractual compliance.
- Contribute to commercial reporting, including CVR, forecasting, and cash flow management.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Hold a relevant academic qualification in a construction-related degree.
- Possess a full driving license.
- Have prior experience in a commercial role for a contractor.
- Are familiar with a variety of contract forms.
- Can work collaboratively as part of a team.

Working Conditions
Location: East Hyde, Luton
