Location: East Hyde, Luton
Hours: 45 hours per week - we offer some flexibility, so just let us know what works for you!

Your Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the commercial delivery of key work packages across the East Hyde STW Growth Project. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our commercial strategy as the project advances through detailed design, ensuring robust commercial controls are in place. You’ll provide leadership to the commercial team while managing project delivery in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead procurement activities, including tender evaluation, recommendations, and subcontract awards.
- Administer subcontract accounts, valuations, change events, and final accounts.
- Provide leadership, support, and mentoring to Quantity Surveyors within the project team.
- Manage project change, risk, and opportunity while ensuring contractual compliance.
- Contribute to commercial reporting, including CVR, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- You hold a relevant academic qualification in a construction-related degree.
- You possess a full driving license.
- You have prior experience in a commercial role for a contractor.
- You are familiar with a variety of contract forms.
