Location & Hours
Location: East Hyde, Luton
Hours: 45 hours per week (with some flexibility available—just let us know what works for you!)

Your Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of the commercial delivery of key work packages across the East Hyde STW Growth Project. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our commercial strategy as the project moves through detailed design, ensuring robust commercial controls are in place.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead procurement activities, including tender evaluation, recommendations, and subcontract awards.
- Administer subcontract accounts, valuations, change events, and final accounts.
- Provide leadership, support, and mentoring to Quantity Surveyors within the project team.
- Manage project change, risk, and opportunity while ensuring contractual compliance.
- Contribute to commercial reporting, including CVR, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- You possess a full driving license.
- You have prior experience in a commercial role for a contractor.
- You are familiar with a variety of contract forms.
