Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Thames Water Framework team, working across the beautiful Thames Valley region in Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
Location & Hours
Location: Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire - Enjoy the flexibility of remote working, with occasional travel to the office.
Hours: 45 hours per week - We offer flexibility, so just let us know your preferences when we chat!

Your Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be an integral part of our commercial team, driving the success of our Water Framework project during its construction phase. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage valuations, project cashflows, and produce comprehensive monthly cost reports.
- Ensure compliance with procurement strategies and review subcontract tenders.
- Provide expert contractual advice and handle documentation.
- Drive commercial initiatives and develop margin improvement plans.
- Mentor and support junior team members to meet targets and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Hold a construction-related degree qualification.
- Have a full UK driving licence.
- Bring commercial experience working for a contractor, ideally with MEP exposure.
- Are familiar with various contract forms.
- Thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building relationships.
