Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of surveying? We’re on the lookout for a passionate Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Wymondham, Norfolk. This is your chance to play a crucial role in delivering accurate and reliable surveying support across exciting highways, drainage, and structures projects!

Key Details

Location: Wymondham, Norfolk – Hybrid working available
Hours: Permanent Full-time, 45 hours per week (some flexibility on hours if desired)

Your Responsibilities

As a Land Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of our projects, ensuring that our construction teams have the precise site information they need to operate safely and efficiently. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Conducting topographic, 2D, and 3D surveys for highways, drainage, and structures.
  • Utilizing modern surveying equipment, including robotic total stations and GNSS/GPS systems.
  • Processing survey data and creating accurate drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.
  • Establishing and maintaining survey control points to support site activities.
  • Providing clear technical guidance and survey information to site teams and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

  • Have land surveying training, qualifications, or experience in a similar role.
  • Hold a full driving license and are willing to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders, backed by strong communication skills.
  • Are confident in using surveying equipment, GPS technology, and survey mapping software.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
