About the Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be an integral part of our commercial team, playing a vital role in the commercial management of our Water Framework project during the construction phase. Here, your expertise will be valued, and you’ll thrive in a supportive environment that nurtures talent.

Your Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Manage valuations, project cashflows, and produce comprehensive monthly cost reports.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement strategies and review subcontract tenders.
  • Provide expert contractual advice and handle documentation.
  • Drive commercial initiatives and develop margin improvement plans.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to help them meet targets and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You hold a construction-related degree.
  • You have a full UK driving licence.
  • You bring commercial experience working for a contractor, ideally with MEP exposure.
  • You’re familiar with various contract forms.
  • You thrive on collaboration and building strong relationships.
