About the Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be an integral part of our commercial team, playing a vital role in the commercial management of our Water Framework project during the construction phase. Here, your expertise will be valued, and you’ll thrive in a supportive environment that nurtures talent.
Your Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will:
- Manage valuations, project cashflows, and produce comprehensive monthly cost reports.
- Ensure compliance with procurement strategies and review subcontract tenders.
- Provide expert contractual advice and handle documentation.
- Drive commercial initiatives and develop margin improvement plans.
- Mentor and support junior team members to help them meet targets and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You hold a construction-related degree.
- You have a full UK driving licence.
- You bring commercial experience working for a contractor, ideally with MEP exposure.
- You’re familiar with various contract forms.
- You thrive on collaboration and building strong relationships.
