Your New Role
As our portfolio continues to expand globally, the Global Technology & Operations (GT&O) team is at the forefront of building world-class media technology and IT systems. You will play a crucial role in supporting WBD Sports as we undergo a technology transformation, utilizing a hybrid architecture of on-premises and cloud solutions.

Your Role Accountabilities
As a member of the M2P Engineering team, you will provide Tier 2 support and engineering expertise for MAM and post-production platforms within a virtualized hybrid environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing Tier 2 support and managing escalated tickets
- Coordinating incident and problem follow-ups with internal and external teams
- Planning maintenance activities and coordinating upgrades
- Monitoring and maintaining the overall health and performance of the platform
- Managing short-term engineering projects and collaborating with Tier 3 engineering teams
- Gathering workflow requirements and producing documentation
- Designing centralized workflows across MAM and post-production platforms
- Supporting users through change management and new project implementations
Qualifications & Experience
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Technology, Engineering, Broadcast, or a related field
- Fluent written and spoken English (French is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform under pressure, especially during live events
- Self-motivation and a collaborative spirit
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Broadcast Technology
- Experience with MAM and Post-Production tools
- A solid understanding of broadcast technical backgrounds (IP video, audio formats, etc.)
- Familiarity with IT technologies and emerging industry trends
Nice to Have
- Basic scripting and development skills
- Knowledge of AWS services and microservices architecture
General Working Conditions
- Shift work (evenings and weekends) may be required
- On-call rotation
- Based in London, UK with minimal travel expected
- Permanent contract
Hybrid Working Model
This role offers a hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work. This arrangement will be agreed upon with your Line Manager and may be adjusted based on business needs.
