Your New Role
As our portfolio continues to expand, the Global Technology & Operations team is at the forefront of building world-class media technology and IT systems. We’re looking for passionate individuals to help us drive innovation and excellence in our operations.
You will primarily focus on WBD Sports, participating in a transformative technology initiative that integrates hybrid architecture across Europe. Based in London or Paris, you’ll be part of a dynamic team managing engineering and support for our cutting-edge broadcast operations.
Your Role Accountabilities
As a member of the M2P Engineering team, you will provide Tier 2 support and engineering expertise for MAM and post-production platforms within a virtualized hybrid environment.
Support Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 support for escalated tickets from Level 0 and Level 1 teams.
- Coordinate incident and problem follow-ups with internal and external teams.
- Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of the platform.
- Plan maintenance activities and coordinate upgrade phases.
Engineering Responsibilities:
- Manage short-term engineering projects and collaborate with the Tier 3 engineering team.
- Gather workflow requirements from WBD Sports, TNT Sports, and Eurosport offices.
- Design centralized workflows across MAM and post-production platforms.
- Support users through change management and new project implementations.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Degree in Technology, Engineering, Broadcast, or a related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; French is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Broadcast Technology in a support or engineering role.
- Experience with MAM and post-production tools, and a solid understanding of broadcast technology.
General Working Conditions
- Shift work (evenings and weekends) may be required.
- On-call rotation and minimal travel expected.
- This is a permanent contract based in London, UK.

This role offers a hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work. Flexibility will be agreed upon with your Line Manager, ensuring we meet business needs while supporting your work-life balance.
