About the Role
As a Teacher of Business Studies, you will deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, empowering students to achieve outstanding academic results while fostering a deep understanding of business concepts and real-world economic issues. You will play a vital role in curriculum development and support student progress, all while upholding our commitment to excellence, inclusion, and safeguarding.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Business Studies lessons up to GCSE level.
- Plan and implement high-quality learning experiences aligned with departmental objectives.
- Set ambitious targets and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain accurate assessment records and contribute to departmental tracking.
- Inspire students to develop commercial awareness, critical thinking, and enterprise skills.
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental improvements.
- Support the wider school community through extracurricular activities, such as enterprise clubs, competitions, or trips.
- Comply with all school policies related to teaching, learning, and assessment.
