In this dynamic role, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the chance to work across various teams throughout our resort, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.

As a lifeguard, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a fun and safe environment at our Splash Waterworld. Your attention to detail and friendly customer service will be key in making sure everyone enjoys their time in the pool and on the flumes. Plus, you’ll lead and support exciting poolside activities, crafting memorable moments for our guests!

About You

We’re looking for a spirited, fun-loving multi-tasker who thrives on learning and collaborating with a vibrant team. As a Team Member Plus, your week will include:

• Cleaning our accommodations on Mondays and Fridays
• Working as a lifeguard for the remainder of your contracted hours

No two days will be the same, and you’ll relish the variety of working alongside diverse team members and guests.

If you already have a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the necessary training through the NPLQ course to kickstart your lifeguarding career. If selected, you’ll also need to complete and pass a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
