Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a knack for lift installations? Do you have a passion for delivering projects that are not only high-quality but also safe and on time? If so, we want you to be part of our dynamic team at Stannah!
As a Lift Project Manager, you will take the lead in overseeing lift installation projects from the initial planning stages all the way to successful completion. Your role will be pivotal in managing customer expectations, coordinating site activities, and ensuring that every project meets our rigorous safety and quality standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while adhering to company and industry standards.
- Manage project schedules, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness.
- Conduct site inspections and project reviews to ensure installation quality and subcontractor performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Control project costs, manage variations, resolve issues, and ensure successful handover and warranty completion.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- NVQ3 in Installing Lifts
- A Project Management qualification
- A solid understanding of relevant Lift and Building Standards
Working Hours
Enjoy a balanced work-life with our hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM and Friday, 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM.
