In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a skilled team of Lift Engineers and subcontractors, guiding them to achieve our Majors Repairs Plan objectives across all makes and models of lifts. Located at our Mansfield Service Branch, this role involves regular travel across the region, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday, and Friday
Your Responsibilities as a Field Repair Manager:
- Efficiently plan engineer workloads, including the allocation of repair works.
- Maintain a portfolio of projects.
- Manage team absence, performance, and appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures, conducting risk assessments and method statements.
- Carry out regular site monitoring.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any queries and complaints.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in the lift industry or a similar service industry with transferable skills is essential.
- Relevant management qualifications are desirable.
- Qualified to a minimum NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering.
