About You
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join our wonderful and friendly team. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Oversee the operational, regulatory, and financial performance of the region.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with foster parents, local authorities, and relevant agencies.
- Set exemplary standards of behavior and performance, embodying the vision and values of FCA.
- Ensure the region is always inspection-ready, striving for the highest possible outcomes.
- Travel regularly across the region, so a full driving license is essential.
