Your Role

As our new Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our fostering services. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing the operational, regulatory, and financial performance of the region.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with foster parents, local authorities, and relevant agencies.
• Setting exemplary standards of behavior and performance that reflect our vision and values.
• Ensuring the region is always inspection-ready, striving for the highest possible outcomes.
• Traveling regularly across the region to support our foster families.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual who embodies our values of respect and integrity. You should have:

• A full driving license and confidence in traveling across the region.
• A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and young people.
• Experience in fostering or social care management.
