This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their tech career, eager to dive into a variety of technologies, including AWS cloud services, software applications, automation, cybersecurity, data management, OTT streaming platforms, and technical support.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Technology Solutions & Security, supporting business-critical systems, cloud infrastructure, internal users, and customer-facing applications. You’ll have ample opportunities for learning and professional development across cloud engineering, software development, operations, security, and digital media technologies.

If you’re a proactive problem-solver who loves learning new technologies and supporting users, this role is perfect for you!

Apply now to enhance your technical expertise in cloud technologies, security, digital media, and business systems while delivering high-quality services to users and customers.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Provide technical support to internal users, managing user lifecycle activities, account administration, and business applications.
  • Support and monitor cloud-based applications and services, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with application updates and system changes.
  • Deliver first-line support for digital streaming platforms, investigate customer issues, monitor platform availability, and escalate incidents as needed.
  • Assist with routine data validation, data quality checks, imports, exports, and data-related investigations.
  • Utilize simple scripts, database queries, and technical tools to investigate issues and automate routine tasks.
  • Adhere to established cybersecurity and content protection procedures while maintaining technical documentation and support materials.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and gradually take on greater responsibilities as your skills develop.

At Filmbankmedia, how you work is just as important as what you deliver. You’ll embody our values by:

  • Demonstrating Trust by building credible relationships, following through on commitments, and communicating openly.
  • Showing Respect by valuing diverse perspectives, listening actively, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Acting with Integrity by taking accountability, making ethical decisions, and upholding company standards in all interactions.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Previous experience in a technical role with a strong emphasis on hands-on coding.
  • Familiarity with React and/or Next.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern web technologies.
  • Experience with AWS services and source control tools such as Git.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security best practices, and content protection concepts.
  • Exposure to data migration or database projects and experience supporting SaaS, cloud, media, or streaming platforms.

Hybrid Working
