About the Role

Instead of being confined to one department, you’ll have the chance to work across various teams throughout our resort, ensuring our guests have a fantastic time during their stay. As a lifeguard, you’ll play a crucial role in providing a fun and safe environment at our Splash Waterworld, where safety is our top priority.

We’re seeking individuals with a keen eye for detail and a warm, engaging approach to customer service. You’ll also lead and support poolside activities, helping to craft memorable moments for our guests!

Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive on learning and collaborating with a dynamic team.

• Work on Mondays and Fridays cleaning our accommodations.
• Serve as a lifeguard for the remainder of your contracted hours.
• Enjoy a variety of tasks and interactions with different team members and guests each day.

If you already have a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll help you get there. If you can pass the Butlin’s swim test, we’ll enroll you in the NPLQ course, providing you with all the training you need to kickstart your lifeguarding career.

Swim Test Requirement:

If selected, you’ll be invited to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
