Location: South, UK

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a knack for lift installations? Do you have a passion for delivering projects that are not only high-quality but also safe and on time? If so, we want you to be part of our dynamic team at Stannah!

As a Lift Project Manager, you will take the reins of lift installation projects from planning to completion. Your role will be pivotal in managing customer expectations, coordinating site activities, and ensuring that every project meets our rigorous safety and quality standards.

Your Mission:

In this role, you will:

• Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while adhering to company and industry standards.
• Manage project schedules, oversee pre-start activities, and ensure site readiness from start to finish.
• Conduct site inspections and project reviews to guarantee installation quality and subcontractor performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control project costs, manage variations, resolve issues, and ensure a successful handover and warranty completion.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• NVQ3 in Installing Lifts.
• A Project Management qualification.
• An understanding of relevant Lift and Building Standards.

Working Conditions:

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
